We have had a great time!  We were so excited about this trip and now it is time to go home :(  The cabin is great!  We had four adults & five children from 4 months old to 6 years old.  The layout of the cabin made it easy for all of us to have good sleeping accomodations whle alsoallowing the adultswith places to hang out after the kids went to sleep.

The media room was perfect for the kids and they didnt't wake up from us on the main level.  There is a great view but enough leveled ground for the kids to play.  This is a great choice for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or a friendly excursion.  Everything is close by & you can hop on the trolley or drive into town.  The trolley is nice if you have kids that are small and dont want to walk very far in Gatlinburg to get to the Ripleys Aquarium or after places. 

Our friends went to Bear Jamboree and Magic Show.  They enjoyed that!  If you like to hike,  Ahbram's Falls, Alum's Cave, and Rainbow Falls are great.  If you have kids there are scavenger hunt books at WalGreens.  They are based on the hike so it gives the kids a game to play to take their mind off the walking.  Whate else??  Don't go to the Alamo Steaks!  Sevierville is a "dry" town.  They serve no liquor.  If you are looking for a night out go into Gatlinburg.  Last call is at 12:45am.  I hope some of this helps future renters!  We had a great time!

On another note, we loved meeting you both for lunch at the Pottery Cafe.  You guys are down to earth people.  We can't wait until December for our 5 weeks here.  I think we will call our realtor when we get home and get ours on the market!
